Eastern European Electric Company B.V. (“EEEC B.V.”, “the Group”) is the sub-holding consolidating the energy business within the Eurohold Group – one of the largest publicly listed holdings in Bulgaria by revenue.

EEEC B.V.’s sole owned subsidiaries operate in the Bulgarian energy sector, mainly involved in electricity distribution, supply and trading, and associated activities.

Eastern European Electric Company B.V. is a private company with limited liability established in Netherlands with trade register number 75462788, seated at Kerkstraat 134 A, 1017 GP Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

EEEC B.V. is fully owned by Eastern European Electric Company III B.V., (“EEEC III B.V.”) established in Netherlands with trade register number 83417605, which in turn, is fully owned by Eastern European Electric Company II B.V. (“EEEC II B.V.”) registered in the Netherlands with trade register number 75452553.

EEEC II B.V. is 100% owned by Eurohold Bulgaria AD, a public listed joint stock company established in Bulgaria registered under trade register number, seated at 43 Christopher Columbus Blvd., Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria.

Electrodistribution Grid West EAD (“EDG West”) is a  joint stock company wholly owned by EEEC B.V., established in Bulgaria under trade register number 130277958, seated at 28 Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria.

Electrodistribution Grid West is the owner and operator of an electricity distribution network of high, medium and low voltage power lines & facilities, which are used for distribution of electricity to end customers.

The company distributes electricity in Western Bulgaria covering a territory of c. 40,000 sq. km with population of almost 3 mm people (installed 2.2 mm electric meters), being a natural monopoly on its territory. Covered regions include: Sofia-city, Sofia, Blagoevgrad, Kyustendil, Pernik, Pleven, Lovech, Vratsa, Montana and Vidin.

The business is fully-regulated based on a Regulatory Asset Base (RAB) methodology and operates under a 35-year license (License № L-135-07/13.08.2004 from SEWRC (now EWRC - Energy and Water Regulatory Commission)).  

EDG West generates approximately 2/3 оf Group`s EBITDA. 

Electrohold Sales EAD is a joint stock company wholly owned by EEEC B.V., established in Bulgaria under trade register number 175133827, seated at 28 Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria.

Electrohold Sales supplies electricity to most residential and many business consumers connected to EDG West’s electricity distribution network. It is the largest power supplier for household consumers and SMEs in Bulgaria and has more than 31 connection points and more that 2 mm customers.

Electrohold Sales operates under three licences:

• End supplier – sourcing and selling low-voltage  electricity to households and is fully regulated by EWRC, i.e. the supplier sources electricity from the open market and then is being compensated by Electricity System Security Fund up to the price cap set by EWRC (License № Л-135-11/29.11.2006 for “Public supply of electricity” issued by  EWRC).
• Trading – sourcing and selling electricity on fully liberalized market (free pricing and contract terms) (License № Л-229-15/17.05.2007 for “Trade with electricity” issued by EWRC.
• Last resort supplier – suppling electricity to customers who have not chosen another supplier or to customers whose supplier does not perform its supply duties (License for “Last resort supplier” issued by Decision Л-409 of EWRC).

Electrohold Trade EAD is a joint stock company wholly owned by EEEC B.V., established in Bulgaria under trade register number 113570147, seated at 28 Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria.

Electrohold Trade is a wholesale supply and trading company operating on fully liberalized market (License № Л-191-15/04.07.2005 for “Electricity trading”). The main activity of the company is supply of electricity to industrial and business customers.

Electrohold Trade was the first ever licenced electricity supplier for end customers in Bulgaria since 2005.

Electrohold Trade is one of the first companies in Bulgaria to enter the renewable energy  sources (“RES”) market through the provision of commercial management, market access and  balancing services to green producers.

Electrohold Trade also structures back-to-back power purchase agreements between photovoltaics and corporate customers.

Electrohold Bulgaria EOOD is a private limited liability company wholly owned by EEEC B.V., established in Bulgaria under trade register number 206772943, seated at 28 Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria.

Electrohold Bulgaria acts as a shared service center for all entities in the Group. The services include: financial and accounting, debt collection, HR, public relations, customer care, legal and regulatory affaires services, transportation and etc.

Electrohold EPC EOOD is a private limited liability company wholly owned by EEEC B.V.’s subsidiary Electrohold Bulgaria EOOD. Electrohold EPC is established in Bulgaria under trade register number 207104361, seated at 28 Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria..

Electrohold EPC also acts as a shared service center for all entities in the Group. The services include: the preparation of investment projects, the execution of construction works, the supply, purchase and sale of materials/goods and assistance in the preparation of documentation for procedures and tenders.

Electrohold EPC currently operates more than 70 charging stations for electrical vehicles in more than 17 cities on the territory of Bulgaria.

EPC Electric OOD is a private limited liability company, establishedin Bulgaria under trade register number 208389349, seated at 159 Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria. The company was incorporated in July 2025 with participation of 60% owned by Electrohold EPC and the remaining participation held by a non-related company. 

EPC Electric provides pre-project and design studies, design and engineering of energy infrastructure sites. Construction, reconstruction and construction and repair activities of energy infrastructure sites. Project management, technology and project management, technical control and implementation management of energy infrastructure sites,

Electrohold ICT EАD is joint stock company wholly owned by EEEC B.V.’s subsidiary Electrodistribution Grid West EAD. Electrohold ICT is established in Bulgaria under trade register number 203517599, seated at 28 Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria.

Electrohold ICT provides complex information, communication, technology, integration services to entities in the Group.

Free Energy Project Oreshets EOOD is a limited liability company wholly owned by EEEC B.V., established in Bulgaria under trade register number 206772530, seated at 28 Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria. 

Free Energy Project Oreshets owns and operates a photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of 4.9 MW and is fully operational since April 2012.

Power plants under 5 MW do not require licenses in Bulgaria.

Energoto EOOD is a private limited liability company wholly owned by EEEC B.V.’s subsidiary Electrohold Sales EAD. Energoto is established in Bulgaria under trade register number 208541554, seated at 28 Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria.

The company is established for marketing purposes, commercial representation and brokerage, and the provision of consulting services.

Electroto EOOD is a private limited liability company wholly owned by EEEC B.V.’s subsidiary Electrohold Sales EAD. Electroto is established in Bulgaria under trade register number 208538693, seated at 28 Tsarigradsko Shosse Blvd., Sofia, Bulgaria.

The company is established for marketing purposes, commercial representation and brokerage, and the provision of consulting services.
